I basically got scammed by Fido after what should have been a simple price adjustment that turned into a 23-day ordeel. I've never seen such an unprofessional and messy lack of communication before. My case was escallated to the Office of the President today, and they suppose to call me in the next 72 hours, but I would like to email them underlying in my own words exactly what happened. How do I do that?

Since your case was forwarded to them you will need to wait for someone from that department to reach out to you and then you can present your case and that individual can provide you their email if still required.
