I was happy when there was a very nice promotion of phone back on July 2022. My ordered went through no problem but its just taking forever to get fulfilled.
I called fido and chatted with several reps many time and they acknowledged that they received the order and in 2 weeks the phone will be shipped out. Its already October 2022 and every time I contact them, they always say the same time.
