Fido Internet Support Line - TO switch to Rogers

Fido needs to step up on the 1-877 number that we need to call to switch before May6/24. I called everyday for the past few days and basically no one is answering calls. and i was told this is the ONLY way to switch. I try chatting they can't help. Not sure why we need to do all this but come on. how can we switch if it takes hours for us to contact someone to do it?

Hi. Thanks for your response. I have been trying everyday for half an hour. I don know what to do as I need to switch before the deadline.
