Hi . I want to cancel this phone line . I was a spoke with auto muchin few days ago. Muchine say system was a shot down . He can't help me that day . Please contact me and help me close this account. Thank you

Hello @Julie68van,

 

If you do not wish to keep the phone number then you will have to contact customer service as they are the only ones that will be able to cancel the line.

 

If you want to keep the phone number and would like to use it with another carrier then you have to keep the Fido line active, when you register with the new carrier you need to tell them you want to port the number and they will advise you and what needs to be done. Once the number has been ported out of Fido it will automatically cancel the Fido line.
