I accepted an offer from the Fido win-back team in Sep but never actually received the Sim card till now. So I tried to call Fido for the status. Unfortunately, it seems like the win-back team is completely separated from the Fido customer service team and they do not even have a direct phone number to communicate; only through forms. I called them 4 times and every single time I got a beautiful promise: Hi sir, I have already submitted a form for you. I am pretty sure someone would call you within the next 72 business hours. However, I never received any callback from the win-back team. Today is the fourth time I called and still nothing. Very disappointed.
