home internet is patchy

My home internet has been patchy over last couple of days and is intermittently droppping. Its very difficult to work with a network which is droppping so frequently. Any idea on how to get this fixed ? ThanksAshutosh

Modem return

Hi, I need help with returning the modem. I was suppose to receive a return package on October, and I haven't received it until now. Could I just get a return lable through email so I could reutrn it. Thank you.
