Hello I recently purchased fido home internet 150. I'm only get a max speed of 40 never any speed past that. I've tried ethernet its still only 40 speed for some reason. What could the problem be?

Internet keeps dropping randomly

Home Internet keeps dropping randomly since I got the connection. It happens 4-5 times a day and usually takes upto a minute to recover. This is a new Fido connection. Previously, when i was with Fido (lower internet speed), I never had any issue.
