I cancelled my Fido Internet two weeks ago and was advised that I would recieve an email to return the modem. So far I haven't received any emails. Tried callinf FIDO but gets swiched to different departments.Any help??

Cancelled Voice and Data plan.

Markham Internet down again

Home internet down Thursday, October 26 from 11 am to around 9 pm. Down again this morning at 7:35 am!!!!

problem with internet connection- it happen almost daily

This interruption happen almost every day. i have to turn of the modem and wait for 10 -20 minutes to get back on.

Hi .. I would like to know. How I can delete my canceled internet account from "my account" of Fido. Its been there long time ago. More than two years. Why?
