Fido app authorization - stuck at authorization code

S7 phone. Changed over from Rogers a few days ago. Can login to fido website and see data, account info, billing etc. When trying to load fido app, it lets me put in my cell number and it texts me an authrorization code and just stalls there. I can't...

Resolved! Fido app doesn’t show accurate data usage

 I have 6GB in my data plan and I have used only 964MB. How come Fido app indicates that I have only 2.06GB remaining?  I have updated the latest version of Fido app & I am using Apple IOS12.0.1. Thanks!
