Re: Adding the Extended voice mail option

No visual voicemail option (nor choice of any add-on)  appears when I choose the new plan.  When I click on requesting further assistance, the link does not become active. Phone assistance takes forever. I am not happy with Fido cusomer service.

Hey @malina! I hope you're doing well.   It's possible that the new plan is not compatible with your old voicemail service. You may need to select the new equivalent instead, which you should be able to see on the list of options available as you ch...
