Since my last online transaction done on Nov. 27 , is there a way while
my phone is on a status of upgrade pending, can have a copy of my
transaction or at least a confirmation number that my order is on
process, the money was already been taken and ...
I just upgraded my phone, looks like something went wrong, so I backed
up and says upgrade pending check my account, my money was taken from my
card already but yet have not recieved any confirmation page nor email
that my order was been recieved or ...
As I have read on other post, it might show after two billing cycle,
maybe thats what it means after purchase confirmation, for they dont
want the phone to be returned, and the return policy of 30 days expires.
