Hi, Quick one. I've not had a balance on my Fido since January. Under
account status it says "deactivated" basically how long will I be able
to keep my number under "deactivated" status before losing my phone
Hey, So am I correct in understanding, that although we can no longer
see the balance ourside, if we still had Fido Dollars to use we can
contact Fido directly to redeem them up until the end of Fido Dollars at
the end of January? Thanks

Quick update - called Fido last weekend, they said I could re-activate
using $5 from my Fidodollars balance. Great, did that my Fidodollar
balance has gone down but my account still says "deactivated" and
airtime is showing $0?!?!
