Luckily i still have the SIM for Fido so I could request a call back (through it'll probably be giving me a roaming fee) But getting rid of Live Chat Agents are the worst experience I've ever had. This was so stressful. Never again.
They straight up do not work. The Virtual Assistant chat will say they need a specialist for this and will not solve it. When I try to reach through the call, they don't have any special agents ready so i have to provide the number that I do not have...
