I have been having an issue with my Iphone 6s all day with my iphone switching to 3g when making a phone call. Voice and Data for LTE are enabled and previously it would stay on LTE when i made a call.
I have done a network reset, also restored my iphone to new and set up as new and the issue persist. I even tried moving locations but the same problem is occurring!
Is anyone else experiencing this as well

I just called into Fido and they say the case in open and being worked on. I then asked to speak to technical support which at the higher end is done by Rogers level 1 tech agent and then they put me through to a level 2 tech agent!
They stated that they have been able to fix the issue for some customers in the West Coast and they are actively trying to resolve it for all FIDO customers ASAP!
I have also been getting e-mail notifications about the case so I know its being looked at!
For any Fido customers that are still experiencing the issue where VOLTE is not working
1. Call into Fido from a different phone other than your cell.
2, Make sure your cell phone is turned off!
3. Have Tech support do a switch reset on your line.
4. Then power on the phone and VOLTE time!
If this doesn't work please send me a P.M. as i have one other workaround!
