Device Protection Plan

I have device protection and. Ow i really have lotf of problem with my phone.
1.it is reset by it self some times
2.some time it is flipping my picture by it self
3.lots of time its hang out my call after 29 seconds
It's iPhone 7 Plus and I didn't dropped it but it has one little scretch on it,it driving me crazy what should i do?!

I'm sad to see that you're having issues with your phone. Sad

 

To determine what the issue is, can you please clarify:

 

1. What do you mean by the phone resetting itself? Does it shut off and turn back on on its own?

2. Is your auto-rotate disabled?

3. Have you already done a full reset of the phone and do you have the latest software update?

Hey @sbabasha

 

Sorry to see that you have trouble with your device. 


Since you are now using a Iphone 7, the best thing would be to visit an Apple store so they can check the phone with you.

 

With the 1 year manufacturer's warranty, they will be able to verify what's going on with your device.

If you have the device protection, you can defintiely make a claim with Asurion. Keep in mind though, that there will be a replacement fee.
