I use the plan is 45 dollar every month. The computer of company shows that I can use 4GB every month. But now I see, I can just use 2GB. So how many data I can use every month?

Can you please clarify what's the discrepancy in your mobile data? When you open your Fido mobile app, does it say that you have 2GB of data or 4GB?
