Can Home Internet Credit be used in Mobile Payment

Hello Fido,

I have a home internet credit in my account which is separated from my moblie account.

Since I moved to a new place and cancelled the home internet, I wonder if it is possible to use this credit for my moblie bills.

And how do I do it?

Excellent question! A refund of your balance will be automatically sent within 6 weeks of the final bill. Alas it's not possible to transfer the balance over your mobile account.
