Huawei p20 pro app and databytes problem

I have the Huawei p20 pro with a pulse plan. The software and app are both up to date, but I keep getting a popup message "sorry something went wrong don't worry you haven't started using your databytes". Once I click ok, I have no way of accessing my databytes. Please help.

I got some questions for you :

  • When is the last time you used Data Bytes?
  • Did you make any changes to your account or line during the current cycle?
  • You are on Mobile Data and not on Wi-Fi?

I have never used data bytes before. No changes were made during this billing cycle. I was on mobile data when I attempted to use data bytes.

Did this error occur immediately after you clicked on the Data Bytes banner on the app?

 

If no, when did it occur?

No, there's no data bytes banner at all
