I'm unable to access fido app many times a month. I get a message that says session timed out or we've hit a snag. Am I doing something wrong or is the app a problem?

I would need a bit more info on this. Are you getting that message right when you open the app or after you log in? Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that helps?
Also, what phone are you using and are you running a compatible OS?
