On iOS, if you often type long email addresses or even long strings of words, you can assign a keyboard shortcut to them. For example, you could have your phone write "123 Sesame Street" everytime you type "123SS" or any other shortcut you like. Just go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Shortcuts and add as many as you like.
