Hi I am using fido mobile service since 2022 Sep, never had an issue like this before. My credit card was declined during the 3 continious payment process. I didn't notified from fido about the missed payment happen to me. I overlooked this matter and didn't pay attention closely. This caused around $79 returned payment charge. I feel like it's not fair to me.
