zoom doen't work in my curve cam

hi. my phone is a bb 8520 curve. i bought this a month ago. my problem is i can't zoom it when i want to take a picture or a video. please help me. i am waiting for hours already for my turn to talk to a customer service representative. hope you can help me. thanks fido!

First off, try doing a reset on your BB--with the BB powered on, remove the battery, hold a few seconds and replace it to reboot the BB.

Will the camera zoom now?:)
