sim network unlock pin

Hi, I have been using FIDO for the last three years while I was in Canada. Now I am in Abu Dhabi and have taken a new SIM. When I insert my SIM in my Samsung Galaxy S4, it is asking me for the "SIM Network Unlock PIN".

Where can I get this code?
