iphone4 not shown in itunes

Hi everyone

My iphone4 is shown in windows but not in itunes,every time when I connect it I get a massage said "the apple mobile devices support is not started" . After a lot of fixing tries such as reinstall itunes and restart iphone and so, I found out that the(apple mobile devices support) service is running before I connect the iphone and once I connect it the service stop  and that why the iphone could not be shown in itunes. Any ideas about solving this problem.
