Simply select your phone number, and select Upgrade my Device
Good morning @sp65 , sorry to hear that your device is on back order. Seems like every where you go, there's a shortage or a delay in shipping. The notice that you saw saying 2-5 business days is the usual shipping time line. A lot of devices are on back order from the suppliers right now and Fido will notify you on delivery date once they have been notified by the distributor. It's hard to guess when supply chains will normalize. I am pretty sure that you will be notified when they get an update.
