Ordered a phone on March 27th to ship to the Milton Fido store.
It is now April 22nd and still no phone or update.
Tried calling the store and they said they cannot find my name. Called customer service and was transferred back to their IVR system 4 times. Any cancellation, phone ship to store upgrade status, etc all need to schedule a call back.
In other words, if you want cancel a line, you will need to schedule a call back the next day. Call takers cannot transfer to the correct department and only back to their garbage IVR system.
This is getting out of hand. I have 4 lines with Fido. Telus offers much better plan and pricing. Cancellling all 4 lines to go to Telus. At least they have competent customer service that will assist you right away just like any other company out there.
I have been a Fido customer for over 15 years with multiple lines as we run a business. It is sad to see the direct they are heading.
Go with another company if you want to be able to talk to customer service. If you want to be bounced around and wait till the next day to talk to someone, then go with Fido.
