i have iphone 5 with exchange email setup that works but when i send email from my phone to clients it gets delete as it has a SCL rating of 8.5 when i send from my outlook it has a rateing of 1.5
i call support but they have no clue what im talking about any ideas on who i can call to Fido fixes the issue

You need to talk to your Exchange admins to see if they have changed something in their filters. Additionally, they may need to reach out to Microsoft, because in the end the SCL algorithm is theirs. It might be the Exchange server on your clients end. In that case, there isn't much you can do.
no sorry when i send email from my office and home computer i have a scl of 1.5 which is very good
when i send from my phone which is on Fido its a 8.5 scl so the issue is with Fido not MIcrosoft
third SCL isnt Microsoft alone also it isnt algorithm more of a a scale
