Resolved! Phone says I no longer have a data plan

My iPhone 4 is now saying I no longer have a data plan, and directs me to fido.mobi to buy one when I try to surf. Can't retrieve email either. Is there something easy and obvious wrong?   Thanks, Sean     ***Edited to add labels***
