So last night, my home phone adapter ☝️ started dropping ALL lights, lighting up all red, returning to normal, wash/rinse/repeat.  This morning, it's still happening.  My sister is on Rogers internet, reporting issues at her end of town, my Rogers internet is fine.  Fido isn't acknowledging any issues in the area, but how tf would they know with nobody to report them to online and Jack just being.. Jack. 😂  No issues that I've noted with my Fido mobile phone.  Isolated to the home phone service. I unplugged and autopsied it this morning, removed/replaced sim, removed/replaced battery.  Plugged into a different electrical outlet.  No change.

Any idea if these things are being phased out?  Haven't received any communication from Fido about it needing to be updated or replaced, not that there are any humans left in Fido's employ to do these things anyways.  And please don't say "Just go to the Fido store".
I'll blame 🔥☀️ solar flares until someone says otherwise.  Thoughts?

Good morning @Jewlee121!

Red lights can mean one of two things.

If the red lights are flashing, it's a signal related issue. If the red lights are solid, it's a SIM card related issue.

In the case of flashing lights, you'll want to try to relocate the location of the ZTE Wireless Home Phone WF723 device.

In the case of flashing lights, please try removing the SIM card and then reinserting it securely. If the issue should continue to persist after this, you'll want to get a new SIM card from us.

Hope that helps!
