Voicemail text message notification

Hi there!

I just started with Fido and noticed that when I receive voicemail, I just get a text from the number 18 saying my voice msg total is 1. I was wondering if there is a cost associated with receiving these texts and if there is a way to get a notification instead if so? Personally, I think that it would be more effective to have a notification rather than a text.

Hey ZC1 and welcome to the community

There's no cost in receiving a text, no need to worry about that.

I agree that a notification can be better than a text.

You should receive a notification for a voicemail received on your Fido phone.

If you are now using an unlocked device, the notifiations might not be supported.
