Dear [Customer Support / Billing Team],

 

I canceled my subscription via live chat on February 27, but it seems the cancellation was not properly processed. Today, I received a payment confirmation email, which was both unexpected and unacceptable.

 

Please review your records, cancel the subscription immediately, and issue a full refund for the charge. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this matter promptly.

 

Kindly confirm once the refund has been processed.

Hi @Janghyunji , sorry to hear you're having trouble with canceling your service. Did you record a confirmation number? Just asking reminder that this is a community forum and cannot access any accounts. You would be best served by accessing support through one of the methods mentioned Here  Hope you have a good resolution
