I canceled my subscription via live chat on February 27, but it seems the cancellation was not properly processed. Today, I received a payment confirmation email, which was both unexpected and unacceptable.
Please review your records, cancel the subscription immediately, and issue a full refund for the charge. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this matter promptly.
Kindly confirm once the refund has been processed.
