Hi,
It's been a while and inconsistently experiencing delays in receiving text message.
Similar to many of you, I have been forced to use two step verifications for online and mobile banking. When requesting passcode, more than half the time, I get the code 10 plus minutes later. This caused me entering incorrect code, or system error as it was too long after I requested the code. Same thing happens for CRA passcode.
Is this a network issue or my SIM card has a problem?
