My phone keeps restarting.  Does anyone have a solution? I'm 4 months away from paying it off!

Hello @Teresalee,

Sorry to hear your Samsung Galaxy A15 keeps restarting—that’s frustrating! Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot:

  1. Check for Software Updates: Go to Settings > Software Update to ensure your phone is running the latest firmware, as updates often fix bugs causing restarts.
  2. Boot in Safe Mode: Restart in Safe Mode (press and hold the power button, then long-press "Power Off" until Safe Mode appears) to see if a third-party app is causing the issue. If it stops restarting, uninstall recent apps.
  3. Clear Cache Partition: Turn off the phone, then boot into Recovery Mode (hold Power + Volume Up until the logo appears). Select “Wipe Cache Partition” using volume keys and confirm with the power button.
  4. Factory Reset (Last Resort): If the above don’t work, back up your data and perform a factory reset via Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Data Reset. Note: This will erase all data.

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware problem. You can contact Samsung directly to see what options they can provide for a repair.

I can't thank you enough! It seems to have worked!  I was afraid I would have to get a new phone before this one was paid off!
