Fido is phasing out 3G in July 2025. Will this phone be compatible with the 4G bands listed below with Rogers:
3G: WCDMA B1(2100), B2(1900), B5(850), B8(900) 3G CDMA: BC0(800) 3G TD-SCDMA B34(2010), B39(1880),
4G FDD: LTE B1(2100), B3(1800), B5(850), B7(2600), B8(900), 4G TDD LTE: B38(2600), B39(1900), B40(2300), B41(2500).
Thanks!

Hello Rebeccavu22,
Welcome to the community!
Yes, Fido/Rogers are intending on decommissioning the '3G' network in the near future. Unfortunately, I don't believe you'll be able to continue to use that device for calls and/or text messages after the WCDMA / UMTS network sunset.

According to those specifications, that phone appears to have only 2 compatible LTE bands/frequencies. You can verify the compatible bands/frequencies here.
While you may be able to use the device for data (after the sunset), it appears unlikely you will be able to use it for voice calls or text messaging. Unfortunately, I have not been able to source verifiable specifications for that device. However, there are suggestions that device is not capable of voice-over-LTE (voLTE) (see here and here). Once the WCDMA / UMTS network is decommissioned, all devices would need to be capable of voLTE for calls and messaging as the fall-back network ('3G') would no longer be available.
Even if the device is capable of voLTE, you should note that since the device is not available from Fido (or other Canadian mobile providers) certain features would likely not be supported (ie voLTE and/or Wifi-calling). There have been rumblings about mobile providers needing to support voLTE on devices not purchased from themselves after the '3G' network sunset. However, I am not aware of any official stance from Fido or Rogers on the matter.
Hope this helps 😀
Cheers
