Congratulations on your new phone!
Do you have device protection? You should note that the protection only protects one device at a time. The protected device would be the one recently used on the Fido networks. You can see here for more information regarding the device protection. If you have already used your new phone, the device protection would have transferred to that phone. Your old phone would no longer be covered.
If you don't have device protection, you can avail of Fido's new Repair Program (see also here).
