Porting number to Fido but input the wrong IMEI number

I guess I input the wrong IMEI number so under "Transfer Status" it says "Fallout".

 

When I click in that it says "The electronic serial number (ESN) or the mobile equipment identifier (MEID) is incorrect. Please verify these numbers."

 

But I can't find where to verify or change these numbers. It's Thursday and I tried calling support but of course the earliest I can get a "call back appointment is Saturday! Any ideas?
