I was trying to set up my sim lock and it wouldn't let me do it now my phone is PUK locked, i can't call Fido cause it want the code

I just wanted to update this thread since retrieving the PUK code is no longer an available option by logging in on My Account on Fido.ca.

 

If you need the PUK code, you would need to get in touch with us here so we can check it out for you.

Welcome to the community! 

 

You can find your PUK code directly on your online profile.

 

When you're on the overview of your selected phone number, you can scroll down and you should see ''Retrieve PUK code'' under quick actions.

Hi Kevins! 

 

You can get your PUK code by logging into your My Account on fido.ca. If that doesn't work let me know and I'll be able to help you with it. 

 

Aslo, if you enter the wrong PUK 10 times, your SIM card will be blocked and you'll need to get a new one.

I logged into my fido and can't find where the PUK # is there

Once logged in to My Account on fido.ca, on the left hand side under "My Fido Service" you should see a section called "My Phone".  There you have an option called "Retrieve PUK Code". Click this link and you'll be directed to a new page which will provide you the PUK code.
