Ordered a preowned device online

I ordered it online but when I contacted support they said the device order doesn't appear on their end? It's a back order and I don't want to wait 4+ weeks for it. I gave the order number found on the 'hardware order update' email and they said they only see an order for a SIM card. I'm on the phone with them for 40 mins for nothing. Such a waste of time! Any resolution for this?

Hi @patdeligero_ , you may want to try reaching out to fidosolutions on Facebook or Twitter by direct message. Ask them to look into it and they will respond to you. A few security questions and then you can have a conversation without holding on the line.
