Order Status Inquiry – No Tracking Number Received

I placed an order three weeks ago, but I still haven’t received a tracking number.

I’ve also been unable to contact anyone from Fido, and I haven’t received any emails regarding the order.

I’ve checked my spam folder as well, but there’s nothing there.

Could you please help me find out the status of my order?

The tracking number is provided once the device has shipped. Please note that depending on the model you selected, there may be occasional delays.

 

That said, have you received an order confirmation email yet

I ordered a Google Pixel 9a and yes, I received the order confirmation.

In that case, you can track you order by following the steps outlined here.

For further assistance, don't hesitate to contact customer service so they can look into it with you. Smiley

And how am I supposed to track my order using the confirmation number I received during checkout, if what I actually need is a tracking number? Neither you nor anyone from Fido seems to care about helping customers — you're only interested in making money. I've been waiting for any kind of update for a month, and all I get are copy-paste responses.

You can't be reached by phone, your chat assistant (Jack) is useless, and it's clear none of you care about your customers or your jobs.

 

I don't even want the phone anymore — it's more beneficial for me to switch to another mobile provider than to keep waiting for this device.
