How long does it usually take to process an order with Fido? I placed mine on April 18th and still haven't received any confirmation

Normally, whether the upgrade is done online or by phone, the device is typically delivered within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, in some cases, delivery can take up to 10 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation email and another email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.
