Need Help On My Phone

When i turn on  my phone is keep saiding Final attempt. PUK will be blocked if incorrect.Enter PUK: and i don't know what to do and i don't know my pin

I know this is a pretty old post but I would like to provide some up-to-date information about this in case anyone else comes across this and needs their PUK code. :smileyhappy:

 

You can actually find your PUK code when logged in to your My Account profile on Fido.ca. You can find this under the My Fido Service column on the left hand side of the page, next to the Your Phone section. Simply click the Retrieve your PUK Code link, select your phone number if you have multiple lines in the account, and press submit.

Call Fido. Fido can provide you with the PUK code.

Warning: Your phone is asking you for the PUK because you entered your PIN incorrectly too many times. You do not know this information, so do not try to enter anything. Entering the PUK incorrectly enough times will result in your SIM card being burned and you will need to buy a new sim.
