I went to pay my bill online this month and wondered why it was higher than last month. I checked and noticed that the Value Package for calls to the US was added. I had not ordered it nor do I need it. The only person in the US that I know is my wife's friend. My wife has the Value Package and calls her occasionally.
I set up a call for Monday at 1:00pm (3 days ahead) what a joke! Do they save money by having 1 or 2 agents available? I waited all day Monday for the call. Nothing. Tried to call again and was told to book a call-back 2, 3 of 4 days ahead. This is pathetic service. My contract is up and I must now seriously consider going elsewhere for phone service.

Fido offers different Add-ons to cover all needs. You can manage them through fido.ca or via phone by using our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone system.
Are you able to remove the add-on using self-serve?
To do so, follow these steps:
1. Open the My Account app on your Fido phone.
2. Under My Services, select Manage My services.
