Have you had a chance to view the detailed billing? You should be able view those details via your My Account --> View & Manage Bill. From there, you should be able to Save and/or Print a PDF copy of your bill. Alternatively, you should also be able to access those call details by clicking on Usage summary. It should list the source of the additional charges.
You should note that the cost for the Device Protection would vary depending on the device's MSRP (see here). In addition, you should also note that post-paid monthly bills would include both the monthly fees for the upcoming month as well as any additional services used in the previous month (ie long-distance calls, overage data, etc). While it may be possible to get an idea of your monthly bill cost, it would not be possible to predict the total amount you will be billed next month until your current billing cycle ends.
If you wished to discuss your bill, you would need to call customer service.
