Hi, I have a plan with Fido that does not include mobile data. I spoke with a Fido agent, and they guaranteed that no matter what, even if mobile data was toggled on in my phone, and an app asked to use mobile data, that since my plan doesn't include mobile data, I would never be charged for it. I recently ran a 'Device Diagnosis' in 'Device Help', and they asked if they could use Mobile Data to run the mobile network hardware test. I answered 'Yes', and now under 'Mobile Data and Wi-Fi'  for 'Device Help' data information I l know have '491 kb used'. Will I be charged for this? Thank you for your help.
