My plan is Unlimited City Plan. I can receive international messages from my parent, but I can not send messages to them. I want know how to solve this problem. I already dialed 611, but no real person answer it for almost 2 days.:catfrustrated:

If you still experience issues, you will have to call customer service for further assistance. The wait time is higher than usual, it's busy here these days compared to usual, but I can guarantee that you will get an agent.
