I ordered iPad air because my previous device stopped working and I needed a replacement
It has been more than a month. I still don't have a date as to when I will receive it.
Can anyone tell me exactly when I'll receive it? I needed it a month ago! And I am still waiting for any update.
Welcome to the club! I've been waiting since 10 weeks now and they don't have the iPad yet! very poor service!

Just to confirm, did you order the device when it was on stock or did you reserve it?
When completing an order we usually send an email confirmation for the placed order. If you've reserved the equipment, an update will let you know which position you're at right now.
