Hello,
I am in Serbia and have no service for almost a week. I need someone to reste my connection. I had simmilar issue year ago, and Fido was able to resolve it.
I tried all the tricks on my end, and it is not working.

I can definitely understand that importance of remaining connecting while travelling abroad! I'm sorry to hear you've been having some troubles getting a proper signal on your device. Is the issue still happening? Have you tried rebooting your device?
