Hello,
I have been a Fido customer for a couple of years and I have 4 cell phones with them.
On June 14, I upgraded two of the phones using promotions that received for each number on my account. I just received my first bill and the promotions were not applied -- AND I was charged the $75 service fee for each phone, despite setting them up myself. I sent a ticket after I received my bill, but the decision was: "declined".
I am not happy. I have a phone call with Fido on Friday.
Also, this will be the ... 4th? phone call I've needed to have with Fido recently. It has been a long list of problems, one after the other. I am done.
QUESTION (TL;DR):
Can I return the new phones (acquired on June 14), cancel my account, and just be done with all of this?

Just found the answer! Since I bought it online and did an express pick up, I have 30 days to return it! Hooray!!
