How do you 'unlock' 4 digit PIN on my TK 102 GPS Tracker (equipt with Fido SIM)

I've been having difficulty activating my TK 102 GPS tracker. Not responting to initiating text messages. Have the proper plan "data' and 'Text'. Have the proper SIM card (Fido) but can't activate. Found info online that may help my dilemma, that said to 'unlock 4 digit PIN. How do I do that for the SIM card in the device ??

  Welcome to the community!

  According to the user manual: Insert SIM into a phone and check that SIM card had not run out of credit and the PIN code request has been disabled. After the above steps have been completed, insert SIM card into GPS tracker and start configuration process... (see here)

  Have you tried to insert the SIM in a phone first?

Thank You. Am gouing into retail store to have them insert SIM into actual phone to disable PIN.

Then, will insert SIM back into GPS and hopefully will be able to initialize it.
