I see there's a promo under My Offers that appears too good to be true, basically 20GB more for $9 less, everything else appears identical (minus LD minutes that I don't use anyway).
However, when I look at the "Total Montherly Charges" in the comparison, the new plan is higher despite the base plan being $9 cheaper. The math for my current plan doesn't add up. When I compare the math against my bill, I see it shows more detail including a $10 new sign-up promo that lasts until this summer. This credit isn't listed in the comparison screen under my current or new plan columns. Does this mean this credit will not transfer over? Or is it just missing altogether but will transfer over? How can I tell considering the Fido bot won't let me get through to anyone who can talk and think.

Hello DerpyTheCat,
Welcome to the community!
Firstly, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we know the full details of your plan or offers.
Some promotional credits and/or discounts may only be applicable with certain plans. Changing to a plan which is not compatible with those particular credits and/or discounts would result in the removal of those promotions. It's possible those promotional plan offers are not compatible with other promotional discounts and/or credits. If you would like to verify whether that particular promotional offer is compatible with your existing credit, you would need to contact customer service.
Hope this helps 😀
Cheers
